In recognition of its 30th anniversary, on October 27, 2023, IQ Solutions hosted a celebratory evening gala at the REACH at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. This event served as a testament to IQ Solutions’ unwavering dedication to enhancing public health, and a celebration of their staff, many of whom have been with the company for over 25 years.

In advance of this celebration, IQ Solutions matched employee contributions to several philanthropic initiatives that echo IQ Solutions’ vision of fostering well-being across the lifespan, such as the Alzheimer’s Association, Active Minds, and the Children’s Inn at NIH.

Over the past three decades, IQ Solutions has forged impactful partnerships with a wide range of federal agencies, including the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Food and Drug Administration, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. Additionally, collaborations with nonprofit organizations and foundations, including the Morehouse School of Medicine, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and Students Against Destructive Decisions, among others, have led to the development of scalable and specific solutions for topics ranging from hunger and homelessness to seat belt safety education.

IQ Solutions has been honored with many industry and regional awards, including numerous years as a Washington Post Top Workplace, and multiple NIH Director’s and Federal Health IT awards. IQ Solutions was a finalist for the Maryland Tech Council’s Government Contractor of the Year Award in 2022 and earned an Emmy nomination for a video campaign developed for the National Institute on Drug Abuse to raise teen awareness about the link between HIV and drug abuse. Ileana Quintas was named “Diversity in Business Leader for 2021” by the Washington Business Journal.

Among the many federal contracting agencies in the Washington, D.C., area, IQ Solutions’ application of strategic communications, science- and evidence-based research, public health theory, and digital innovation truly sets this 30-year-old agency apart.
