Claudia Siervo

With an illustrious career spanning 25 years, Claudia Siervo is a dynamic leader and strategic visionary. Known for her exceptional expertise in multicultural communications and information dissemination to diverse audiences, Claudia has consistently driven organizational success through innovative solutions, impactful leadership, and a relentless commitment to excellence. Claudia leads the company’s science communications pillar, where she oversees the content development and information dissemination services for several multimillion-dollar federal health information resource centers. With more than two decades of experience building and managing complex information resource centers and managing minority health and multicultural communications programs, Claudia has led efforts with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ National Institutes of Health, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.  

Through her varied experiences working with diverse communities in the United States, Claudia has gained a thorough understanding of the complexities involved in the development of systems and programs that serve various racial and ethnically diverse populations. Claudia strategically identifies and defines program goals and objectives, oversees message and materials development, develops culturally appropriate dissemination strategies, and evaluates health communication programs for multicultural populations. She has experience managing public health campaigns and information resource programs focusing on various health areas, including aging, diabetes, nutrition, eye health, arthritis, and other topics for federal clients.
