With a rich background working for public health communications and health information technology agencies, a digital communications agency, and a premier international development-consulting firm, Cynthia brings a wealth of knowledge in business operations, account management, domestic and international development, health policy, and IT. Currently overseeing a dynamic Digital Technology Team at IQ Solutions, Cynthia plays a pivotal role in steering the delivery of digital solutions for several federal health sector clients, including the Health Resources and Services Administration, the Federal COVID Response project, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Institutes of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, among others.
