Ileana Quintas founded IQ Solutions in August 1993 with a mission to enhance the quality of life and well-being for all people. Ileana has over three decades of experience in the health and human services sector and advocates for underserved populations. As Founder and CEO of IQ Solutions, she is responsible for the company’s vision, growth, and overall strategic direction. Her ability to see the big picture drives the company’s innovation, and she often serves as a strategic advisor on key public health initiatives.   

Ileana’s unwavering dedication to public health extends beyond her business, as IQ Solutions actively engages in philanthropic initiatives, providing pro bono support to underrepresented populations and making substantial contributions to the local community. Ileana’s contributions have earned her accolades such as the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Mid-Atlantic Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and a Leader in Diversity in Business 2021 Award from the Washington Business Journal. The Maryland Tech Council honored Ileana as a finalist for the 2022 Government Contractor of the Year Award, and she has won numerous NIH Director’s Awards.
