Laura Morgan is a strategic human resources leader serving as Director of Human Resources at IQ Solutions. She brings a thoughtful, results-oriented approach to building programs and practices that strengthen the employee experience, foster a positive workplace culture, and support organizational growth.
With more than two decades of experience across human resources, Laura has led initiatives in talent acquisition, total rewards, performance management, and employee relations. She is known for creating scalable, people-centered solutions, including enhancing recruitment and onboarding processes and guiding leaders through complex workforce decisions.
Laura holds a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Management in Human Services from the University of Michigan, a foundation that informs both the operational and human sides of her work. She earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification early in her career, building a strong foundation in compensation, compliance, employment practices, and leadership.
