Ginger Mair provides corporate vision and strategic direction for IQ Solutions’ federal health portfolio. A seasoned communications expert and strategic visionary, Ginger works with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the National Institutes of Health, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Health Resources and Services Administration, and others to provide high-level planning, strategy formulation, innovative solutions, and impactful messaging and brand narratives to move the needle for federal programs. 

With over 20 years of experience in creating and leading large-scale public awareness, health education, and behavior change initiatives for the federal sector, Ginger conceptualizes and advances integrated, multimillion-dollar communications and digital marketing campaigns covering challenging issues related to prescription and illicit drug abuse, mental illness, suicide prevention, tobacco regulation, health care coverage for the uninsured, and youth violence, among others. Her experience and skills expand across all aspects of a fully integrated public education and outreach effort, including research-driven communications strategy development and planning, message development and delivery, digital strategy, paid and earned media, partnership development and stakeholder engagement, and communications technical assistance and evaluation. She currently leads FDA’s Center for Tobacco Products’ $99 million communications and media support services blanket purchase agreement. Ms. Mair’s work has garnered awards across the communication and digital spectrums, including the Federal Health IT G2Xchange Award, multiple National Health Information Awards, and an Ogilvy Award.
