Matt Bowen has over 15 years of leadership experience in government contracting and financial operations. He provides strategic guidance throughout the full lifecycle of IQ Solutions’ federal and commercial contract portfolio, from pre-solicitation to contract closeout. Matt is responsible for leading the development of competitive cost/price proposals in accordance with solicitation requirements and oversees the effective administration of resulting contract awards, ensuring contractual compliance and supporting the performance of the project teams.  

Further, he is responsible for IQ Solutions’ financial operations, including accounting, financial planning, and analysis. Through the delivery of timely, accurate, and compliant financial data, coupled with sound financial modeling, Matt enables informed and effective decision-making for senior management. He continuously explores new opportunities, technologies, and best practices to streamline financial and contract operations — driving greater efficiencies, reducing risk exposure, and increasing IQ Solutions’ competitive position.
