With a proven track record in strategic leadership and client satisfaction, Renée excels in streamlining operations, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and delivering results that align with overall business objectives.  

Renée brings over 25 years’ experience directing federal contracts for clients such as the Food and Drug Administration, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, the National Institutes of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Department of Defense, among others. As an accomplished program manager, she provides corporate oversight and strategic direction. Renée’s sharp leadership ensures the flawless completion of project deliverables, underpinned by a commitment to quality and timeliness. She couples these achievements with fiscally responsible budget strategies that exemplify IQ Solutions’ dedication to efficient government financial resource management. Renée spearheads IQ Solutions’ public health response pillar, where she leads the company’s efforts to advance solutions for the nation’s top issues, including COVID-19, opioid addiction, and mental health. She provides high-level strategic direction for multiple contracts with annual budgets up to $32 million and project teams of up to 50 staff.
